Standard International with Tracking (Approximately 2–3 weeks): $14 for the first item. $7 for each additional item

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. For this reason, we may not be able to cancel or make changes once an order has been submitted. If you need assistance, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Returns

The Dermastone™ Leg & Body Scrub is a personal care item. For hygiene and safety reasons:

• Opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

• Unopened and unused items are eligible for a return and refund. Please submit your return request within 14 days after delivery.

Return requests must be approved before sending any items back. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Contact us to get started on your return.

Delayed Delivery

If there is a delay in processing your order on our end, you may request to cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Once an order has shipped, carrier transit delays are outside of our control. For delivery-related delays, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and unopened packaging. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no cost. If a package is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement and file appropriate claims with the carrier.
